iBer Berliner Optische Technologie GmbH is currently looking for experienced independent sales representatives for various German regions and other European countries who already have a good network in the industry. As a provider of high-quality lenses and frames, we place great value on partnerships with well-connected and committed sales professionals.
Our sales representatives play a crucial role in making iBer’s diverse and high-quality products known throughout Germany. We offer very good conditions and attractive remuneration / commissions that directly reflect your success. Our sales representatives benefit not only from our comprehensive product range of trendy and well-selling frames for adults and children, as well as sunglasses, but also from the excellent financial incentives we offer.
We are regularly represented at major optics trade fairs, including in Munich, Dortmund and Paris. There you have the opportunity to contact us personally and inspect our products first hand.

In order to best support our sales representatives, we provide you with a tailor-made selection of frames. This compilation is carried out in consultation with you so that you have the right designs ready for your customers. This way you can ensure that you can always offer the right models that meet the needs and wishes of your customers / opticians.
We work with international manufacturers, among others, who are not yet widely available in Germany. This enables us to provide you with frames that are characterized by original designs and special styles, which arouse great interest among opticians.
We guarantee our sales representatives comprehensive territorial protection. This means that your assigned sales area is reserved exclusively for you and you therefore do not have to fear competition from other representatives of our company in this area.
